Dubai Design Week 2026 Returns with Six Days of Art, Design and Creativity

Dubai Design Week will return to Dubai Design District (d3) from November 3 to 8, 2026, bringing together designers, architects, artists and creative professionals for its 12th edition.

The festival will feature exhibitions, installations, workshops, talks and interactive experiences exploring contemporary design, architecture, craft and technology.

Visitors will be able to discover new ideas, meet creative practitioners and explore innovative projects from the UAE and abroad.

General admission to the festival is free, making it accessible to visitors of all ages.

Innovative Installations and Exhibitions Across d3

The programme will transform public spaces across Dubai Design District with large-scale installations and experimental projects.

One of the highlights is Three Gardens and a Room by Dubai-based NAO Architects, which explores how greenery, shade, light and architectural elements can shape shared spaces.

The UAE Designer Exhibition will also return under the theme Inherited Futures, examining how traditional materials, cultural practices and craftsmanship can influence contemporary design.

Workshops, Talks and International Design Experiences

Visitors can take part in hands-on workshops and attend discussions led by professionals from architecture, design and related creative fields.

The programme will include projects combining technology, materials, cultural heritage and interactive experiences.

International and regional studios will contribute installations that explore everything from public interaction and sustainable materials to traditional craftsmanship.

These activities will offer opportunities for visitors to discover emerging talent, learn new skills and understand how design influences everyday life.

Downtown Design and Weekend Marketplace

Downtown Design will run from November 4 to 8, bringing international brands and regional designers together to showcase contemporary furniture, interiors and design concepts.

The fair will also feature talks, creative presentations and immersive experiences, with separate ticketing arrangements.

On November 7 and 8, the Dubai Design Week Marketplace will offer handmade homeware, jewellery, fashion and lifestyle products from independent makers and small businesses.

Together, the events will make d3 a key destination for art, design and creative discovery during the first week of November.
