Sharjah opens new real estate registration branch in Muwaileh amid property investment
Sharjah has opened a new real estate registration branch in Muwaileh to make property-related government services more accessible to residents, property owners and investors. The expansion comes as the area experiences rapid residential development, population growth and increasing investment activity.
The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department said the new facility aims to improve service accessibility, speed up property transactions and provide greater convenience to customers.
New Branch Offers a Range of Property Services
The Muwaileh branch provides several essential real estate services, allowing residents and investors to complete property-related transactions closer to their homes and businesses.
The services available at the new branch include:
-
Documentation of property transactions.
-
Issuance of property title deeds.
-
Mortgage-related services.
-
Property valuation services.
-
Contract attestation.
The new facility is expected to reduce the need for customers to travel to other locations to access these services.
Growing Property Development in Muwaileh
Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, said the opening reflects the rapid urban and investment growth taking place in Muwaileh and neighbouring communities.
He noted that the area has witnessed an increase in real estate projects and population, creating greater demand for property registration and related government services.
Al Shamsi added that establishing a branch closer to residents and investors would help customers complete transactions more conveniently, save time and support continued activity in Sharjah's property market.
The initiative follows the directives of Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and the follow-up of Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council.
New Facility Equipped with Modern Technology
Omar Al Mansoori, Director of the Branches Department at the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, said the new branch is part of a wider strategy to strengthen the department's service network across the emirate.
The facility is equipped with modern technology and qualified staff to deliver faster and more convenient services.
The expansion will also provide customers with additional options for completing property transactions at locations closer to their homes and workplaces.
Sharjah Continues to Expand Real Estate Services
The Muwaileh branch joins the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department's existing network of offices across the emirate.
These include the main office in Al Layyeh, the Central Region branch and branches in Khorfakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al-Hisn.
With the latest expansion, Sharjah aims to improve access to government services while supporting the emirate's growing property market and ongoing urban development.
The new branch is expected to make property registration and other real estate procedures more convenient for residents, investors and businesses in Muwaileh and surrounding areas.
