Dubai Forum to Explore UAE Investment Opportunities Beyond Property in 2027
Investors in the UAE are increasingly considering opportunities beyond real estate as they look for ways to grow and protect their wealth.
Shares in US and international markets, fixed-income products, technology and alternative investments are attracting greater attention from professionals, entrepreneurs and individual investors.
Property remains an important part of the country’s investment landscape, but diversification is becoming a bigger priority.
Digital financial platforms are also changing how residents access investment opportunities.
These developments will be explored at a Dubai forum scheduled for October 29, focusing on wealth-building strategies for 2027 and beyond.
Dubai Forum to Focus on Emerging Investment Trends
The event, titled “Beyond Property: Where to Invest and Grow Your Wealth in 2027”, will take place from 10am to 1pm at the Conference Hall in Dubai Investments Park 2.
Organised by Gulf News in association with CUSP Wealth, the forum is designed for UAE residents who already invest or want to expand their financial knowledge.
Sessions will examine global equities, conventional and Shariah-compliant investments, fixed income, technology and alternative assets.
Experts will also discuss market volatility, liquidity, valuations and the importance of balancing investment risks.
The goal is to help attendees understand different options for long-term wealth creation.
Digital Investing and Diversification Gain Momentum
Digital platforms are playing an increasingly important role in the UAE’s investment market.
Figures cited in the event announcement indicate that more than 60% of UAE consumers actively use digital financial platforms, while 70% to 75% of investors prefer mobile-first investment solutions.
A survey of 1,000 UAE residents conducted by eToro in August 2026 found that 71% planned to increase their investments over the following 12 months.
These figures point to growing interest in accessible investment tools.
However, investors still need to consider their financial goals, risk tolerance and investment timeframes before committing money.
Experts to Discuss Wealth Strategies for 2027
The programme will begin with a keynote examining the investment outlook for 2027, followed by a panel discussion on opportunities and risks across different asset classes.
Another session will explore practical portfolio planning, including financial objectives, investment horizons and individual risk appetite.
Speakers will also examine how technology and broader market access are influencing wealth management.
CUSP Wealth executive Ramesh Murthy expects investors to explore global markets, Shariah-compliant options and the growing role of artificial intelligence in investing.
The event will conclude with a question-and-answer session and networking, giving participants an opportunity to engage with experts and discuss future investment approaches.
