Dubai SUP 2026 Returns to Hatta Dam
Dubai Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) is returning to Hatta Dam on November 7 and 8, 2026, bringing two days of outdoor fitness and water-based activities.
Presented by Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), the event is part of the 10th edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge.
Set against Hatta's scenic mountains and beautiful waters, the programme welcomes beginners as well as experienced participants.
More than 5,000 people attended the previous edition in 2025, highlighting the growing popularity of the event. Registration for the 2026 edition is free.
Paddleboarding, Kayaking and Yoga Among Activities
Participants can enjoy guided stand-up paddleboarding sessions lasting approximately 45 minutes, with equipment provided at the venue.
A new addition this year is a 30-minute morning SUP Yoga session, combining relaxation and movement on the water.
Adults can also try the SUP Fun Challenge, featuring an approximately 500-metre course designed to test balance and technique.
Registered participants can enjoy complimentary kayaking, with single and double kayaks available.
The activities offer different ways to experience Hatta's natural surroundings.
Free Equipment and Transport Facilities
The event is designed to welcome people with different levels of experience, including first-time paddleboarders.
Organisers will provide boards, paddles and life jackets, along with safety briefings before water activities begin.
Specially trained teams will also support adaptive water activities for People of Determination.
Complimentary return shuttle services from Dubai will make travelling to Hatta more convenient for registered participants.
These arrangements aim to make the event accessible to a wider community.
