Gold prices in Dubai declined on Tuesday morning, with the 24K gold rate dropping by Dh5 per gram compared to Monday's closing price.
According to the latest data from the Dubai Jewellery Group, 24K gold was trading at Dh473 per gram at the market opening on Tuesday, down from Dh478 on Monday.

Global Gold and Silver Prices Also Decline
International precious metal markets also experienced a downward movement on Tuesday.
Spot gold declined by 0.87 per cent to trade at $3,925.50 per ounce. Meanwhile, silver prices fell by 2.52 per cent to reach $49.56 per ounce.
The decline comes as investors assess changing economic conditions, interest-rate expectations and movements in the US dollar.
Gold Prices Face Pressure Below the $4,000 Level
Market analysts have highlighted the possibility of further selling pressure if international gold prices continue trading below the $4,000 mark.
Carsten Menke, Head of Next Generation Research at Julius Baer, said a break below this level could encourage additional selling, particularly from physically backed investment products that had remained relatively resilient.
He also pointed out that investment flows have become another factor influencing gold prices.
According to Menke, the market environment has changed compared to the same period last year. Previously, expectations of lower US interest rates, a weaker dollar and political interference with the Federal Reserve supported gold prices.
The current economic outlook presents a different situation, contributing to the recent pressure on precious metals.
Long-Term Outlook for Gold and Silver Remains Positive
Despite the recent decline, analysts believe gold and silver could continue to receive long-term support from concerns surrounding US government debt and the country's interest-rate burden.
Menke noted that short-term price risks appear tilted towards further declines, although the longer-term outlook for both precious metals remains encouraging.
For Dubai gold buyers, the latest price movement could influence jewellery purchasing decisions as local rates continue to respond to changes in international markets.
