Dubai K-Fest Concert Featuring ONEUS and Kwon Eun-bi Postponed

The free Dubai K-Fest concert featuring K-pop group ONEUS and solo singer Kwon Eun-bi has been postponed. Gulf News reported that festival organisers confirmed the opening event would not go ahead this weekend and that revised dates would be announced later.

The show had been advertised for Friday, 25 September, from 8pm to 10pm at Festival Bay, Dubai Festival City Mall. It was part of an opening weekend of Korean music and cultural performances. A Visit Dubai event listing was still showing the original date and time when checked on 24 September, so fans should not rely on that listing alone when making plans.

The change follows the declaration of a 10-day official mourning period in Dubai after the death of Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The announced postponement concerns the festival’s opening weekend; the revised timetable for the broader K-Fest programme has not yet been confirmed.

Anyone hoping to attend should wait for an updated announcement from Dubai K-Fest, Visit Dubai or Dubai Festival City Mall before travelling to Festival Bay. The original concert was advertised as free, but its new date and arrangements remain to be confirmed.
