Police fine Chinese parents for letting 5-year kid drive toy car on the busy road

Jinhua City: Recently,  Chinese parents let their 5-year kid drive the toy car on a busy road in Jinhua city while they rode a scooter beside him. The traffic camera across the streets have caught this action which was posted on CGTN's twitter channel. Later, Police stopped the family and fined them. Netizens have criticized parents for their irresponsible behavior.
