The racing action promises to be top-notch, featuring the Group 3 Dubai International Airport World Trophy and two valuable handicaps leading up to Saturday's highlight: the £90,000 Dubai Duty Free Mill Reef Stakes. This historic race has seen past winners like Harry Angel, Ribchester, and Awzaan, and it often serves as an early indicator for next season's Classics.

On Friday, a seven-race card takes center stage, headlined by the Dubai Duty Free Cup, a Listed event for three-year-olds and older horses run over a distance of seven furlongs.

Racegoers attending the Dubai Duty Free marquee, themed with Arabic elements, on both days of the meeting can enjoy complimentary Arabic coffee and dates. Plus, they'll have the exciting opportunity to win fantastic prizes, including free entry into the Dubai Duty Free Finest Surprise and Millennium Millionaire prize draw.

Colm McLoughlin, Dubai Duty Free’s Executive Vice Chairman & CEO, expressed his pride in the long-standing partnership with Newbury Racecourse, now in its 28th year. He highlighted the Dubai Duty Free International Weekend as a standout event in their European sponsorship portfolio and looked forward to another spectacular renewal featuring some of the sport's biggest names.

This event marks the conclusion of Dubai Duty Free's season of horseracing events, which commenced in April with the Dubai Duty Free Spring Trials Weekend at Newbury Racecourse. It was followed by the Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby at The Curragh in June and the Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup at Ascot in August, known as the world's premier international jockeys' competition.
