L’Atelier Robuchon promises to cook it to perfection, ensuring it remains juicy and moist, encased in crispy golden skin. The Volaille de Bresse, stuffed with Foie Gras, Winter truffles, and Chestnuts, serves as a show-stopping centerpiece for festive dinner tables, providing an unforgettable dining experience for up to six individuals.

 

To conclude the festive meal on a sweet note, the restaurant offers the breathtakingly beautiful and utterly delicious "Bûche de Noël" (Yule Log), a dessert masterpiece available for pre-orders at Dh600, catering to up to eight people.

 

New Year’s Eve celebrations at L’Atelier Robuchon promise a stylish welcome to 2024, featuring music, festivities, phenomenal food, and a chic ambiance. A singer and DJ will keep spirits high throughout the evening. Chef Roberto Torre has crafted a sublime set menu (Dh850 pp) showcasing his culinary excellence, including dishes like lobster, pan-fried scallops, foie gras, and black cod marinated with miso. The evening concludes with Joël Robuchon’s signature celebrative dessert.

 

Alternatively, guests can opt for an à la carte dining experience, with a minimum spend of Dh1,000 per person.
