Dubai's Arab Media Forum Aims to Promote a Deeper Understanding

The 21st Arab Media Forum (AMF), themed 'The Future of Arab Media,' will take place on September 26 and 27, bringing together over 3,000 attendees, including media figures, ministers, and thought leaders. Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the AMF aims to delve into the crucial elements shaping Arab media.

Mona Ghanem Al Marri, VP of the Dubai Media Council and President of the Dubai Press Club, highlighted the forum's role in driving innovation and addressing industry challenges. The agenda includes discussions on artificial intelligence's impact on media, cinema and drama's role in shaping perceptions, and sustainability.

Speakers include influential figures such as Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Omar Sultan Al Olama. The AMF will feature over 75 sessions with 130 speakers and 160 media organizations.

A Youth Media Forum preceding the AMF will equip the next generation with skills for the evolving media landscape, with Netflix and TikTok hosting masterclasses.
