An expat woman in Dubai gave birth on an intercity RTA bus en route to Ajman, the authorities confirmed that both the mother and the baby were safely transferred to a hospital and are both “in good health.”

A delegation from the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) visited the woman and her baby in the hospital to ensure their well-being.

The authorities shared images of the RTA delegation with the Ugandan woman and her baby in the hospital seemingly all in smiles.

The birth “occurred naturally” RTA clarified.

The update was shared via Twitter on Thursday offering well wishes and ensuring their well-being and good health.

The caption read, “A delegation of RTA’s employees visited a woman who safely gave birth aboard an Intercity Bus headed to Ajman to congratulate her and ensure their well-being. The delivery occurred naturally, and both the mother and the baby were transferred to the hospital in good health.”
