10 Things to do in UAE this long weekend

Eid Holidays, weekend, Things to do, UAE, Fun

Overwhelmed by the choice of things to do in the UAE this coming Eid? don't miss a single second of the fun and enjoyment to be had across the country.

Firework nights

Yas Marina will be putting on three nights of fireworks to mark Eid in the UAE capital. Flashes, bangs and colours will light up the night sky over the iconic marina starting at 9pm on the first three days of Eid Al Fitr. Those who wish to take in the spectacle from a traditional dhow, can hop on Captain Tony's shared cruise and enjoy a tour around the waters. Departing each night at 8.30pm the cruise will last one hour and costs Dhs100 per adult or Dhs50 for kids between six and 12 years old.

DJ incoming

It is time to get the party started once again with this one. Hailing from Cairo, and currently based in Montréal, DJ Ash fuses melodic Middle Eastern sounds and deep house in a style reminiscent of his myriad influences. Catch him on June 5 and 6 from 9pm onwards at Buddha-Bar Beach, Abu Dhabi. Why not go both days?

Tax-free mega sale

For the third year running, Yas Mall is offering visitors big savings and even receive VAT back on purchases of Dh1,000 or above. Running straight through from 10am on June 5, 2019, to 10am the following day, shoppers visiting Yas Mall during the 24-hour extravaganza will enjoy incredible exclusive offers and discounts, as well as tax-free shopping.

You will have to head down to see.
