Etihad Rail passenger train completes Abu Dhabi-Dubai journey

Etihad Rail’s passenger service launches tomorrow, and we joined an exclusive preview of the full journey from Abu Dhabi to Dubai today. The train departed Mohammed Bin Zayed City Station at 8:40am and has now arrived at Al Yalayis Station in Dubai, successfully completing the journey.

The preview provided a first-hand look at the overall passenger experience, including the journey between the two emirates and the connectivity available at the Dubai station. It also offered an early glimpse of how Etihad Rail’s new passenger service will connect with Dubai’s wider public transport network, making inter-emirate travel more convenient for residents and visitors. The service is set to officially launch on September 30.
