Ebola, hantavirus: UAE residents urged to follow travel advisories amid global outbreaks

UAE Health Authorities Remain Vigilant

Earlier, the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) and the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) announced that monitoring systems, preparedness measures in case of health reference to address potential risks remain active.

Also authorities warned not to travel for places where Ebola reported affected, such as:

• Uganda

• Democratic Republic of the Congo

• South Sudan

In fact, medical experts say residents should follow official sources of information, not social media gossip.
