Fresh Leaf and Kibsons Provide Online Options

Residents who prefer shopping from home can explore online grocery services such as Fresh Leaf and Kibsons.

Fresh Leaf lists pumpkins in multiple sizes, with prices previously ranging from Dh32 for a 1kg pumpkin to Dh320 for a 10kg option.

Kibsons offers a wider selection, including mini white pumpkins, striped varieties and larger pumpkins for Halloween displays.

Prices and availability may change, so checking current listings before ordering is recommended.

Tips for Keeping Halloween Pumpkins Fresh

The UAE's October weather can make pumpkin storage challenging, particularly after carving.

Buying pumpkins early and delaying carving until a few days before Halloween can help them stay fresh for longer.

Keeping uncarved pumpkins in a cool indoor location away from direct sunlight can also help preserve them.

For a festive display, shoppers can combine pumpkins of different sizes and colours to create an attractive seasonal decoration.
