UAE Fuel Prices for November 2026: Will Petrol Remain Above Dh4?

UAE Motorists Face Uncertainty Over November Fuel Prices

Motorists across the UAE could face another increase in petrol and diesel prices in November as international oil markets remain under pressure.

Brent crude recently climbed above $110 per barrel, raising concerns about the cost of fuel in the coming month.

Higher shipping expenses and uncertainty surrounding regional oil supplies have also contributed to market volatility.

The UAE reviews retail fuel prices every month, taking international energy market movements into account.

However, November's rates have not yet been officially announced, and the final prices will depend on market conditions through the end of October.

Current UAE Petrol and Diesel Prices

October's fuel prices increased significantly compared with September, pushing all three petrol grades above Dh4 per litre.

Super 98 currently costs Dh4.40 per litre, while Special 95 is priced at Dh4.28.

E-Plus 91 costs Dh4.21 per litre, and diesel is available at Dh4.80.

These increases have raised fuel expenses for commuters, families and businesses that rely on regular vehicle use.

Whether prices rise further in November will depend on international crude prices, refined fuel costs and other factors considered during the monthly review.

Global Oil and Shipping Costs Influence Fuel Rates

Rising crude oil prices and increasingly expensive tanker transportation are adding pressure to the global energy market.

Concerns about shipping security in the Middle East have increased freight charges, while geopolitical tensions continue to create uncertainty around oil supplies.

At the same time, recovering exports from Gulf producers could help ease some of the pressure if supply conditions improve.

These competing developments make it difficult to predict the exact direction of fuel prices.

Since the UAE's pricing system reflects broader international market conditions, motorists should treat forecasts of another increase as possibilities rather than confirmed announcements.

What November's Fuel Prices Could Mean for Drivers

Any further increase could add to monthly transportation costs, particularly for people who drive long distances or own larger vehicles.

For example, filling a 60-litre tank with Special 95 currently costs Dh256.80.

If the price increases by 10 fils per litre, the same fill would cost Dh262.80, adding Dh6 to the bill.

A 20-fils increase would add Dh12 to a 60-litre fill.

These examples are estimates to illustrate the impact, not predictions of official November prices.

Drivers should await the end-of-month announcement before making decisions based on the next fuel rates.
