According to Marcos Muller Habig, the acting CEO of 42 Abu Dhabi, this milestone is a testament to their commitment to supporting the Abu Dhabi Government's efforts to build a comprehensive educational ecosystem that equips future generations with the skills needed for the digital economy.

This innovative and disruptive coding school offers a tuition-free education with a unique peer-to-peer, gamified learning approach. Students who successfully complete the rigorous 25-day Piscine boot camp become part of Generation 42 Abu Dhabi, contributing to the emirate's digital transformation and tech development.

The Piscine, which derives its name from the French word for 'swimming pool,' serves as an intensive and immersive assessment of candidates' programming skills and their determination, perseverance, and passion for coding. It represents the final step in the application process for 42 Abu Dhabi's program.

Aspiring candidates interested in the upcoming Piscine can visit the official 42 Abu Dhabi website to complete the pre-selection 'Game,' an online evaluation of cognitive abilities through logic and memory tests. Following this, they attend an in-person check-in discovery session to learn more about the Piscine and the school's learning methodology.

Successfully passing the Piscine allows candidates to join 42 Abu Dhabi's coding program and embark on a unique learning journey. Students at 42 Abu Dhabi can tap into a strategic partner network that includes prominent organizations and companies across various industries and sectors, including Mubadala Investment Company, Abu Dhabi Department of Energy, Department of Government Support, Microsoft, and Beacon Red.

Through this network of partners, 42 Abu Dhabi offers sponsorship opportunities and stipends for Emirati talents joining the school. Graduates who complete the common core curriculum, four additional modules, and a six-month internship are eligible to receive a software development diploma recognized by the National Qualification Center (NQC) in the UAE.

42 Abu Dhabi has successfully enrolled 584 students, including 152 UAE nationals, since its launch. While prior coding experience or academic qualifications are not prerequisites for applying to 42 Abu Dhabi, candidates must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate adaptability and collaboration skills.

Established in 2020 as an initiative of ADEK, 42 Abu Dhabi serves as a forward-looking coding school contributing to the ongoing development and innovation in Abu Dhabi by investing in business, technology, and talent.
