UAE to donate $1.2 billion to support Gaza through Board of Peace

The UAE will contribute $1.2 billion for Gaza through the Board of Peace, Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE said at the group's inaugural meeting on Thursday.
Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait have pledged $1 billion dollars each.

US President Donald Trump also addressed the meeting, saying that some $7 billion has been pledged to help rebuild Gaza if and when Hamas is demilitarized.

He added, later it was announced that the US will contribute $10 billion to the Board of Peace.
