Abu Dhabi suspends operations at Habshan gas facilities
Abu Dhabi said it had suspended operations at Habshan gas facilities after a fire there. Authorities said they were responding to the incident after debris had fallen, following successful interceptions by air defence systems.
The Abu Dhabi media office has said there were no injuries reported.
In a separate incident, officials said they were dealing with falling debris in the Ajban area after interceptions were successful. The Abu Dhabi media office said updates will be provided.
On March 19, the Habshan gas facility was briefly halted by rubble when incoming missiles were shot down. No injuries were reported. The Bab field in Abu Dhabi was also hit the same day.
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) condemned the Iranian terrorist strike on the Habshan gas facility and Bab field in an earlier released statement by that country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Mofa).
