UAE police take action after mother of 5 complains on Dubai radio show

Police in UAE came to rescue of a mother and her children after she shared her grievance on a live radio program.
According to a statement issued by the Sharjah Police on Monday, the force sprung into action after a mother complained about her home's broken down air conditioner, on a Noor Dubai live radio show, and how the searing heat was affecting her and her five children.
The Arab woman asked for help as the air conditioner in her apartment wasn't working, and her children were crying due to heat (and exhaustion).
After hearing her complaint, Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Al Marri, Director of the Community Police Department at Sharjah police said the department contacted the woman and helped her resolve her problem immediately.
The police work for the comfort of the people living in the emirate, the statement added.
The delighted mother thanked the police for their prompt action.
