UAE: How to reserve park, garden area for events in Abu Dhabi for free
The parks and gardens in the UAE are among the public facilities that are available all year round. It is common for residents to go to these places as the weather gets cooler and have a barbeque or meet their family and friends.
During the summer a lot of people use the outdoors to host parties and gatherings. In Abu Dhabi it is possible to book a patch of land to host functions in parks and gardens.
There are rules that the public is supposed to follow so that nobody area gets overcrowded and to make sure that people in these areas are properly spaced apart, the emirate has put in place an overall policy where residents can apply for rest that allows them to celebrate in these public rest areas.
There are certain guidelines that have to be borne in mind. The parks in Al Ain have specific visitation hours which are from five in the evening up to nine at night.

The interested parties are required to initially login on the system through UAE PASS.

In making a booking, the applicants will have to first choose among the dissimilar types of entities comprising individuals, schools, private and government establishments.

They then have to indicate the location where they would wish to hold the occasion. This indicates choices among three municipalities which are Abu Dhabi City Municipality, Al Ain City Municipality and Al Dhafra Region Municipality.

The portal then proceeds to suggest parks and gardens within the country that applicants may wish to consider in a specific municipality.

They will then be required to indicate the specific date and time when the event will take place.

Once a booking has been done, applicants are taken to a different page where they shall be expected to provide the allegations and supporting documents. Finally, the applicants will be required to validate their submission.
