Trump says Palestinians would not have right to return to Gaza under new plan

President Donald Trump explained that Palestinians would not regain return rights to Gaza under his redevelopment proposal but would instead receive permanent housing elsewhere.
Trump expressed confidence about his ability to arrange an agreement with Jordan and Egypt to accept displaced Palestinians.
Asked if Palestinians would have the right to return, Trump said. Trump saying Palestinians won't need the right to return because they'll receive better housing.
I am proposing to construct a permanent settlement for them because sending them back now would mean it will take years before they could live there as it is uninhabitable. The process would take several years before it became possible.
I believe I can reach an agreement with Jordan. A deal with Egypt seems possible to me. Trump noted we spend billions of dollars annually supporting them.
