Rabi Al Awwal moon located; Prophet's birthday date affirmed
Tuesday will be the principal day of the new lunar month.
The Rabi Al Awwal moon was located in UAE on Monday evening, the Astronomy Center said in a tweet.
The bow was spotted from Jebel Hafeet mountain in Al Ain at 5.35pm, the middle included.
The birthday of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), which is seen on the twelfth of Rabi Al Awwal, will be on November 9, Saturday.
