His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, recently enacted significant governance measures through the issuance of Executive Council Resolution No. (95) of 2023. This resolution pertains to the composition of the Board of Directors for Dubai's Endowments and Minors’ Trust Foundation, marking a crucial development in the management and oversight of this influential entity.

The resolution designates Essa Abdullah Ahmed Al Ghurair as the Chairman of the Board, a position of paramount importance in steering the Foundation's strategic direction. Working in tandem with Al Ghurair is Hamad Mubarak Mohammed Buamim, who assumes the role of Vice Chairman, adding depth to the leadership structure and ensuring a comprehensive approach to decision-making.

A diverse array of accomplished individuals complements the leadership duo on the Board. Hamda Ibrahim Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Abdullah Ali Abdulrazak Al Madani, Abdullah Saeed Majed Belyoahah, and Huda Essa Abdullah Buhumaid join the Board as members. In tandem with the Endowments and Minors’ Trust Foundation Resolution, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum also issued Executive Council Resolution No. (97) of 2023. This resolution appoints Thalal Khalifa Saeed bin Quraish Al Falasi as the Assistant CEO of the Corporate Support Sector at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment. This appointment, effective from 11 December, reflects the continuous commitment of the Dubai government to optimizing its organizational structure and ensuring qualified individuals lead key sectors.

Thalal Khalifa Saeed bin Quraish Al Falasi's designation as Assistant CEO of the Corporate Support Sector underscores the strategic importance of this role within the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment. Corporate support functions are crucial for the efficient operation of any organization, and Al Falasi's appointment signifies a step towards bolstering the administrative framework of this vital housing establishment.

As with the Endowments and Minors’ Trust Foundation Resolution, the appointment of Al Falasi will be officially documented in the Official Gazette, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability within Dubai's governance practices.
