Al Mleiha Dairy Farm in Sharjah

Sharjah International Airport greeted a special delivery on March 18: a herd of cows bound for the upcoming Al Mleiha Dairy Farm. Scheduled to begin production in June 2024, this farm represents the third phase of a larger plan aimed at expanding cow-breeding and poultry projects near Mleiha's extensive wheat farm.

Managed by the Sharjah Agricultural and Animal Production Establishment, the Mleiha Dairy Farm is dedicated to producing high-quality milk containing A2A2 protein, known for its numerous health benefits. The project reflects a commitment to providing consumers with natural, unaltered dairy products under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, the Ruler of Sharjah.

With a focus on organic and natural food consumption, this initiative positions Sharjah as a pioneer in the region's dairy industry.
