Abu Dhabi's Response Plus Holding (RPM), a leading pre-hospital medical services provider in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, under new leadership, aims to extend its influence globally, focusing on talent development, market expansion, and technological advancement.

Omran Al Khoori, appointed as the new chairman, emphasized RPM's commitment to aligning with the UAE's vision of becoming a global healthcare hub. The company, boasting the region's largest medical vehicle fleet and a workforce of 1,600, aims to nurture Emirati talent and expand its footprint beyond the Middle East.

RPM's expansion strategy includes forging strategic partnerships, leveraging technology, and delivering high-quality pre-hospital healthcare services. With a network spanning the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, India, and Ethiopia, RPM envisions becoming a key player in the global pre-hospital care landscape.

The company's recent acquisition of Prometheus Medical, a UK-based healthcare consultancy firm, reflects its ambition to penetrate new markets and diversify its service offerings. This strategic move aligns with RPM's goal of providing comprehensive emergency medical services and training programs internationally.

RPM's commitment to excellence is evident in its extensive training initiatives, which have benefited over 1.2 million healthcare and non-healthcare professionals. Additionally, the company has conducted over 10,000 helicopter medical evacuations, demonstrating its expertise in handling emergency situations.

In line with the UAE's Emiratisation drive, RPM has successfully met its targets for hiring Emirati talent and continues to invest in upskilling local professionals. Collaborating with educational institutions like the Fatima College of Health Sciences, RPM aims to create employment opportunities and nurture future leaders in the healthcare sector.

Looking ahead, RPM is focused on innovation and collaboration to enhance patient care delivery. By embracing emerging technologies and fostering multi-stakeholder partnerships, the company aims to revolutionize pre-hospital care and set new standards for the industry.

Omran Al Khoori emphasized the importance of breaking traditional boundaries in healthcare and adopting agile business models driven by technology. RPM's vision is to lead the way in delivering fast, efficient, and patient-centric care, ensuring the well-being of communities worldwide.
