India by the Creek' festival announced; free admission for all
Dubai is set to host the first-ever 'India by the Creek' festival from March 8-10 at Al Seef Park, offering free admission to all attendees. This event, organized by Dubai Duty Free in collaboration with the Consulate General of India, Dubai, and Teamwork Arts, aims to celebrate the deep historical ties between India and the UAE.
The festival holds special significance as it highlights the unique cultural bond shared by the two nations beyond mere trade interests. Satish Kumar Sivan, Consul General of India in Dubai, emphasized the importance of cultural exchanges in strengthening the relationship between the UAE and India, emphasizing the role of culture, diversity, and tolerance in fostering this bond.
Attendees can expect a vibrant atmosphere at Dubai Creek, with artists from India and the UAE coming together to showcase their creativity. Notable figures and performers from India, including academics, writers, vocalists, musicians, diplomats, and renowned bands such as Indian Ocean, will grace the event with their presence and performances.

With a history spanning three decades and numerous festivals across the globe, Teamwork Arts aims to deepen the cultural connections between India and Dubai through this annual event.
