Dubai's Burjuman Metro station is set to transform into a coworking hub as the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) introduces a new initiative called 'WO-RK' in collaboration with Co-Spaces. Scheduled for a trial run between April 1 and June 30, this innovative concept aims to provide accessible, affordable, and inspiring workspace right within the metro station.

The RTA's move to launch coworking spaces aligns with its strategic vision outlined in the Dubai Urban Plan 2040, aiming to enhance the city's appeal as the world's premier living destination. Mohammed Al Hammadi, Director of Commercial and Investment at RTA, expressed pride in realizing this concept, emphasizing the organization's commitment to elevating Dubai's urban landscape.

Partnering with RTA, The Co-Spaces founder Shahzad Bhatti lauded the initiative as a revolutionary step toward offering dynamic work solutions. This collaboration reflects their shared dedication to fostering innovation and community engagement in the workspace realm.

Beyond providing workspace, the WO-RK initiative will offer essential business support services, facilitating processes such as mainland licensing, Ejari acquisition, and business address setup.
