Held at the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the event unfolded in two parts. The first half paid homage to classic film scores, masterfully performed by the orchestra. Iconic pieces from "West Side Story," "Superman: The Movie," and "Star Trek: The Motion Picture" came alive, accompanied by visuals showcasing Peak's artwork. Other renowned composers like Maria Newman, Jeff Beal, and Hans Zimmer (through Harry Gregson-Williams) contributed unique interpretations of Peak's diverse artwork. Each piece explored a different facet of Peak's artistic vision, drawing inspiration from iconic works like the Time Magazine cover portrait of Mother Teresa and the 1964 New York World's Fair.
