UAE weather: Chance of rainfall in some areas; light to moderate winds expected
For residents of the UAE, some people can expect rain on Monday, December 23, according to the latest National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).
It will be mostly to partly cloudy with showers expected from time to time in the northern and coastal regions, which will also favour rainfall.
The nation has been getting rain in the past few days and is set to keep raining till Christmas Day, as an earlier prediction by the weather department stated.
Rains are possible in parts of the country Monday, but it’s going to be wet at night and Tuesday morning, mainly in some parts of the country.
Mild to mild winds that will become new offshore will spread across the region from north westerly to northeasterly. : Light winds of 10-25 kmph, with gusts up to 40 kmph possible, especially at sea.
The Arabian Gulf will experience rough to moderate seas, the Oman Sea will be light.
