A new study shows that UAE residents want wellness products and will buy them. People across the nation invest in science-backed wellness practices because they want to enhance their health and mental state. Health and fitness club owners in the UAE expect their industry market value to rise to Dh18.02 billion by 2030.
A Bon Charge survey of 7,000 people revealed that 70 percent of UAE adults currently use red light therapy according to their findings. The number of people using red light therapy in the UAE far exceeded adoption rates in other markets. RLT works by applying small amounts of red light to repair skin and cells that have been damaged through everyday use.

The UAE dominates regional wellness business according to Informa's findings with 23.11% market share while Saudi Arabia ranks second at 19.11%. Data from Statista shows the UAE wellness and health coaching market will grow to more than Dh250 million by 2029.
According to Blueweave Consulting the UAE health and fitness clubs market grows because people care about their health more and have money to spend plus gyms and health clubs spread across the nation.

According to Bon Charge's data UAE residents apply red light therapy to improve their skin appearance and sleep quality while enhancing muscle recovery. Men represent 71 percent of users while 77 percent of people in the 18-24 age bracket have adopted this technology.
Based on UAE wellness trends Dr Cherine sees that residents want proven non-invasive wellness solutions that fit into daily routines. 
Consumers now prefer wellness tools they can use at home to monitor their health without depending on clinic or spa visits. The tested health technology tools help people practice self-care more often with better access to wellness services.

As the number of older people increases in the UAE it creates more demand for services that improve how seniors live their lives. According to the report the UAE plans to lead healthcare standards by focusing on how best to care for its aging population.
