UAE Fuel Prices for October 2024 Announced
On November 3, 2024, the Fuel Price Follow up Committee issued an official statement regarding approved fuel pricing in the UAE.
This announcement is part of the constant monitoring of fuel costs which are being exercised by the committee with a view of applying the recent trends in the global oil prices and market.
Due to these pricing changes, the citizens of the country have been able to purposefully budget for the next month.
The approved fuel prices for October 2024 are:
-
Diesel fuel: AED 2.60 per liter
-
Super 98 gasoline: AED 2.66 per liter
-
Special 95 gasoline: AED 2.54 per liter
-
E-Plus 91 gasoline: AED 2.47 per liter
These prices represent what the government of the UAE has set as monthly prices towards the harmonization of the world oil market.
The reason for this Fuel Prices Follow-Up Committee’s periodic review is that it tries to review her fuel costs to be reasonable within internationally accepted limits and takes into account the local conditions in the market.
This joint focus gives the committee the ability to work with the pricing strategies in such a manner that they respond to the changes in the international markets, as well as local conditions, thus giving value for money to the consumers.
In this way, the committee tries to ensure that the price of fuel among other things helps consumers understand the oil price transition from its simple level to more complicated one where the costs of transportation are involved.
In an environment such as this, the credibility of such strategies becomes indispensable because fluctuation in the global market for oil can be attributed to multiple factors and may entail more than just client-desired supply and demand.
Equally, the committee's Work has a wider contribution toward the stability of the economy of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Trusting consumers is built by the Fuel Prices Follow-Up Committee through consistent and clear pricing policies.
Since the UAE remains an important participant in the world oil market, these measures not only serve the interests of individual drivers but are also very important for the economical development of the country.
To conclude, the changes in fuel prices of October 2024 demonstrate the UAE’s reactions and feelings towards world practices, which do not leave the consumers unattended and allow them to orient themselves.
