UAE announces nationwide New Year Eve events for workers; how to register
Special New Year’s Eve parties will be organised for employees in the UAE, it said on Thursday. Sports events to music concerts, festivities have been slated all over the country to make the workers of the nation festive.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (Mohre) has joined with some state departments to unite the community on New Year’s Eve.
Anyone who wants to sponsor these events for employees should go to ensureeventsnye.com, select the event they are interested in, and register.
The celebrations will take place in 10 places in the UAE. The majority of performances will start with competitions and end with cultural performances and number song and dance. There will be raffles as well.
Some celebrations will take place in the accommodation units run by several companies such as Al Eskan Al Jamae; Labotel Workers Village; Emirates Global Aluminum; Fujairah National Construction and Transport Co; Tasameem Workers City; Al Salam Living City; Hameem Worker City; Khansaheb Contracting; Dulsco City; Al Jimi Worker Village; Sawaeed Residential City.
