UAE adds 19 individuals, entities to terrorism list over Muslim Brotherhood links

The UAE added 11 people and eight organisations in the UK to its terrorism register for being members of the Muslim Brotherhood, a terrorist group it considers. 

This after the Cabinet issued Resolution No. (1) of 2025, on the approval of the list of terrorist persons and organisations. 

This decision is made within the framework of the UAE’s readiness and coordinated local and global effort to directly and indirectly disrupt and target networks involved in financing terrorism and its related activities. 

Financial institutions and regulatory authorities have to comply with and take action as per the decision dated and passed in the country. 

The list of individuals includes:  

• Yousef Hassan Ahmed Al-Mulla - nationality: Sweden; nationality: Liberia; Nationality: Current nationality: Sweden; Nationality: Liberia. 

• Saeed Khadem Ahmed Bin Touq Al Marri - Turkish nationality / UAE Nationality Türkiye 

• Ibrahim Ahmed Ibrahim Ali Al Hammadi - Nationality: Sweden/UAE 

• Ilham Abdullah Ahmed Al Hashemi - Nationality: UAE 

• Jassim Rashid Khalfan Rashid Al Shamsi - Nationality: UAE. 

• Khaled Obaid Yousef Bouataba Al Zaabi - UAE Nationality: UAE 

• Abdul Rahman Hassan Munif Abdullah Hassan Al-Jabri - UAE Nationality: UAE 

• Humaid Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al Jarman Al Nuaimi- UAE Nationality: UAE. 

• Abdul Rahman Omar Salem Bajbir Al Hadrami- Yemeni Nationality: Yemeni. 

• Ali Hassan Ali Hussein Al Hammadi - UAE Nationality: UAE 

• Mohammed Ali Hassan Ali Al Hammadi - UAE Nationality: UAE

• Nafel Capital - Head Office: United Kingdom.
