The Dubai Gastronomy Industry Report highlights the emirate's second-place global ranking in restaurant density, reflecting its diverse culinary landscape. Key findings include a rise in international visitors' satisfaction with Dubai's dining value for money, increasing from 54% in 2022 to 66% in 2023. Leading dining destinations include Dubai Marina, Oud Metha, and Downtown Dubai.

The report acknowledges Dubai's status as a world-class gastronomic destination with over 13,000 restaurants and cafés representing various cuisines.
