Renewing a suspended driving license is another good reason to obtain a new driving license. There are RTA rules, which maintain that individuals who are twenty-one years and over are able to acquire a driving license in Dubai.

Licensing System Penalty – Renewal of license delayed
According to the RTA, a fine for delay in renewing a driving licence of 10 AED is treated as a penalty accruable monthly from the date of the licence accrued with a maximum cap of 500 AED. There are no longer the harsh penalties that would be obtainable to only have the periodic renewing charges paid and undergo the evaluation test after expiry of the license for more than ten years.
In case where the expiration range exceeds the period of ten years, in the likelihood that he apply for the driving license, he has to retake the driving test in order for the skills to be assessed. In case the license has expired beyond ten years, the service change for the evaluation test is the following.
