Dubai: 6 major attractions closing for summer 2025

Dubai’s vibrant outdoor attractions remain temporarily paused to await the seasonal hospitality during summer.
However, with the UAE expecting rising temperatures, some of the attractions have already closed for seasonal maintenance while the rest are under renovation.
The following is a list of Dubai attractions that have closed or are planning to do so in the near future.
1. Garden Glow
This destination for all ages celebrated its 10th season on April 6, 2024, after reopening on September 11 the year prior.
2. Dubai Fountain

Crowds watched the iconic Dubai Fountain entertain them with its final show on April 19 before closing for extensive renovations.

The upgrade, alongside the suspension of popular abra rides, will improve the fountain's choreography, lighting, and sound engineering.

Dubai Mall is looking to have the fountain operational by October 2025.
3. Ripe Market
The cherished community landmark recognized for its local handicrafts, fresh local produce, and fashion will close for the season on 11 May 2025.
4. Global Village
Summer may still be a little while away, but visitors can still check out the outdoor attraction before it closes for the season. Global Village will end Season 29 on 11 May 2025.
5. Miracle Garden
Dubai Miracle Garden shall remain closed till June 15, but residents and tourists can still enjoy the lovely floral features of the garden for a few more weeks.
6. Dubai Safari Park
This family wildlife park will close its doors for summer on the 1st of June 2025.
