A huge new shopping mall is coming to Dubai – and it'll have over 100 shops
Dubai Holding Asset Management has announced the opening of Nad Al Sheba Mall as part of its Dubai portfolio which includes retail, residential, and commercial properties. The mall is set to open in April 2025 and will span 500,000 square feet of mixed retail space in the heart of Nad Al Sheba.
With over 100 offers in retail, entertainment, healthcare, F&B, and fitness, the mall adds value by guaranteeing lifestyle and leisure all under one roof.
The mall will include wellness facilities such as a rooftop gym, swimming pool, and padel courts. With more than 900 parking spaces the mall also has additional premium wellness facilities. Its location near schools and residential areas is anticipated to increase foot traffic even more.
Famous F&B concepts Home Bakery, Parkers, and SALT, along with other key tenants, will be featured at the mall. In addition to the Spinneys and Union Coop supermarkets, Go Sport and Fit N Glam will be the new sports and fitness outlets. Fun City and Orange Wheels will also provide children's entertainment alongside a variety of options for parents. The mall will also have a unique design that facilitates outdoor and indoor shopping, dining, and leisurely activities.
It compliments DP's shopping destinations which include Bluewaters, JBR, and West Beach, as well as Nakheel Mall, The Outlet Village, Ibn Battuta, and Dragon Mart.
