Deyaar posts 27% profit growth to Dh541.5 million as property handovers exceed 2,100 units
Deyaar Development reported a 27 per cent increase in profit before tax to Dh541.5 million for the first nine months of 2026, supported by continued property handovers and improved profit margins.
The Dubai-based property developer recorded profit before tax of Dh425.7 million during the same period last year. Revenue rose 5 per cent to Dh1.52 billion, compared with Dh1.45 billion a year earlier.
Profit growth outpaced revenue growth, helping Deyaar increase its profit before tax margin to 35.6 per cent from 29.4 per cent. The company attributed the improvement to efficient project execution and disciplined cost management.
Third-Quarter Profit Rises 29 Per Cent
Deyaar also reported stronger financial performance in the third quarter of 2026. Profit before tax increased 29 per cent to Dh205.4 million, compared with Dh159.1 million in the third quarter of 2025.
The results reflect the company's focus on completing developments, handing over residential units and managing project costs while maintaining profitability.
Deyaar Hands Over More Than 2,100 Homes in Dubai
Deyaar said it has handed over more than 2,100 residential units across its Dubai communities since the beginning of 2026.
The handovers have helped the developer convert its sales pipeline into completed properties, supporting its financial performance and providing greater visibility over future revenue.
Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar, said the company's performance during the first nine months of the year was built on project delivery.
He added that consistent handovers had helped turn commitments to buyers into completed homes and convert the company's sales pipeline into realised value.
Focus on Profitability and Timely Project Delivery
Deyaar plans to maintain its focus on profitability and completing projects according to schedule as it enters the final quarter of 2026.
Al Qatami highlighted Dubai's long-term economic and urban development plans, including the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, as important factors supporting the company's growth strategy.
The developer said its project pipeline continues to progress according to plan, with construction and handovers expected to support its performance as developments mature.
"Our ambition is for Deyaar to enter 2027 not simply larger, but stronger," Al Qatami said.
The company intends to balance growth with financial discipline while maintaining earnings quality and advancing construction across its active developments.
Community Initiatives Support Deyaar's Sustainability Strategy
Alongside its property development activities, Deyaar continues to support community initiatives through partnerships with Al Jalila Foundation and Dubai Club for People of Determination.
Its partnership with Al Jalila Foundation supports cancer care initiatives, while its collaboration with Dubai Club for People of Determination focuses on inclusion and empowerment.
The company said these partnerships form part of its broader sustainability strategy and commitment to long-term community development.
Deyaar Looks Ahead to the Final Quarter of 2026
Deyaar enters the final quarter of 2026 with a focus on completing scheduled property handovers, progressing construction and maintaining profitability.
The company expects its maturing projects to contribute further to its financial performance as it continues delivering homes across Dubai.
Its latest results highlight the contribution of project completion, revenue growth and cost management to its financial performance during the first nine months of the year.
