Elon Musk's organization says hacking events assist enhance its vehicles' protection systems
Electric automaker Tesla has yet again challenged hackers to locate bugs in its connected vehicles.
The Elon Musk-run company is returning to the annual hackers' competition Pwn20wn to be held in Vancouver in March, reviews electrek. Model 3 vehicles and $1 million in cash could be up for grabs.
In March remaining year, a group of hackers received a Tesla Model 3 and $35,000 for hacking into its systems. Amat Cama and Richard Zhu of group Fluoroacetate exposed a vulnerability within the vehicle gadget during the hacking competition.
The hackers focused the infotainment device on the Tesla Model 3. According to the organization, such hacking events enhance its safety systems.
Hackers have also established how they might trick a Tesla Model S to enter into the wrong lane by means of using a way called "adverse attack", a manner of manipulating a machine gaining knowledge of model.
