Dalia Dogmoch, a seasoned chef and cookbook author, recently launched Zinn Cafe & Bistro in Dubai, a gourmet concept that reflects her multicultural upbringing and current life in the UAE. Zinn Cafe & Bistro is envisioned as more than just a dining place; it's a space for wholesome food, exceptional coffee, freshly baked treats, and a co-working vibe. Dalia describes the cuisine as "refined comfort cuisine," taking everyday dishes and infusing them with an Arabic flair to elevate familiar favorites to a new level. The dessert menu, including a cheesecake with a sesame base, pays homage to Syrian influences.

A standout dish, Megdo’s Musakhan Roll, holds special significance, being a traditional Palestinian dish that reflects the rich food culture of Palestine. The dish serves as a memory of Dalia's grandmother and contributes to the emotional ethos of Zinn as a conscious brand, raising awareness about the situation in Palestine.
