Dubai: New parking fees, timings announced by Parkin for zone F

The biggest paid public parking operator in Dubai, Parkin PJSC recently announced tariff increases for paid parking across zone F areas.
Starting February 1 all zone F parking slots will operate under the new fee structure. The affected areas under the new paid parking tariffs include Al Sufouh 2, The Knowledge Village, Dubai Media City, and Dubai Internet City.
The paid parking period in this zone extends from 8am to 10pm which marks an increase from the previous end time of 6pm.
The new rates are as follows:
30 minutes - Dh2
1 hour - Dh4
2 hours - Dh8
3 hours - Dh12
4 hours - Dh16
5 hours - Dh20
6 hours - Dh24
7 hours - Dh28
24 hours - Dh32
The implementation of the Variable Parking Tariff Policy announced to take effect by end March 2025 precedes these tariff and time increases.
Parking fees will stay constant between the hours of 10am to 4pm and 8pm to 10pm. Drivers can park without charge between 10pm and 8am and throughout the entire Sunday day.
Dubai zones are divided into three categories, consisting of a total of 11 zones labelled A to K. The car parking zones are categorised into three main types: Dubai has 11 parking zones labelled from A to K which are classified into three main categories.
Parking zones fall into three classifications which include commercial areas, non-commercial areas and special zones. Drivers have to know the parking rules and fees that apply to each designated zone when they park their vehicles.
