Sheikh Mohamed’s SMS wins hearts, inspires unity
Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on Friday extended warm Eid Al Fitr greetings to the people and citizens of the UAE.
The message, sent out to mobile users across the country, emphasized the UAE’s unity and community spirit as well as resilience shared during Eid.
Residents greeted the personal touch with gratitude, thanking the President for his words.
His message “Eid Mubarak" to those who call the UAE home. In this holy hour we are one community. It is by the dedication of those who protect us, and the love and camaraderie of our people, that our nation stands strong. God bless UAE and bring strength and safety to your homes,”
It highlights the UAE leaders’ dedication to national unity, family ties and shared values — an especially significant message during one of the most special occasions on the Islamic calendar.
Earlier, Sheikh Mohamed also presented his greetings on the occasion of Eid on his social media accounts.
The President, in his message said: "On this occasion of the Eid Al Fitr, I extend my warmest greetings to my brothers, the Rulers of the Emirates and our family members of those working in UAE and Muslims everywhere."
He continued: "I remain confident that our region will emerge from the challenges it faces and that the UAE, through its strength, resilience and the loyalty and cohesion of its people, will continue on a path towards a peaceful and prosperous future."
This message highlights the UAE’s determination to unite and persevere and rise above all challenges facing the region and the world, resonating with residents and citizens alike as they celebrate the joyous festival.
