Hello Ariel, Nice to interview a big inspiration like you . How are you ?
“Great, a lot of films are coming soon. Pleasure for me to be an interviewer in one of the most famous magazines in Dubai
How did you start your career ?
“It all started when I was 15 years old . I started my way as an actor in “The Studio” Theater in Haifa, I acted in many genres like :Shakespeare, Muller and so on and afterwards I studied acting at Lee Strasberg Film & Theater Institute and I studied screenwriting in a few universities in the UK . Afterwards I became to a film producer and I’m working on new films in the US”
Tell us about the film “Salads For Soulmates”
“It’s an American short film which won in the 48 hours film festival in NYC and we will represent NYC in Filmapalooza international film festival in Washington.I worked with a huge production department in NYC like :Shira Hadar that acted in this film and Artie Shaw and Christine Shaw . The Director was the actor Patrick Murney that starred in “Seven Second” on Netflix and acted with Robert De Niro and Kate Winslent ( Mare Of Eastwon, Irishman,The Blacklist). It was an amazing process for me ״
You produced the short film “Metanoia” tell us about this amazing film
“It’s a Sci Fi short film in Mexico and I added 30 people in the film industry in Mexico. I worked with the assistant director Juana Jimarez Pelaez who worked in Kill Bill 2 with Quentin Tarantino , and the DP Fernando Del Campo who worked with the Hollywood Actor Ron Perlman. The cast included the famous actress Jessica Decote, Laura Di Luca, Carlos Hendrick Huber, Directed by Moran Avni.This film was screened at one of the biggest Cinema halls “Cinepolis” in Mexico City and we plan to submit it to film festivals all over the world and Amazon Prime . It’s perfect to work in new market “
Your film “Cycle of Poverty” is very tragic and sad but open the awareness ,tell us about your experience
“ It's a short film I produced and wrote in Nigeria with the famous actor Akinola Akano and other caste Otega Igho & Folakemi Babatunde, Directed by Adeyinka Adetoyi, one of the best directors in Nigeria . This film is sad because it tells about a real issue in Africa regarding prostitution in the third world and this film is important for everyone. It’s about how man behave for a woman in the 21 century.I plan to submit it to film festivals and streaming platforms, Soon I’ll make my first feature film that I wrote and will produce in Nigeria with celebrities actors, it’s a great place to make films because it’s cheap to produce “

“I know how to market myself “

“Thanks, I appreciate it although my dream is the US, the UAE is the best place in the Middle East to live and to work, Dubai is like the best cities in the world with high level lifestyle and it’s would be amazing opportunity to work with people here, there is an amazing potential in Dubai, I like the power of this city “
