Whatsapp Multimedia Sharing Issue

What's App uploads are not working from 2:20 PM Dubai time. Users are trying to share multimedia with friends and family.

We personally met one of manager from Dubai MNC (Quick Tickets LLC) Mr. Manoj who heads finance was having difficulty while sharing multimedia like any other time. We tried sharing multimedia over Du/Etisalat network however results in failure irrespective of network type (Prepaid/Post Paid/Lan). Voice notes have a glitch too have you checked?
