The arrangement of Ganguly, who has wore numerous caps, including managing the organization of Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) turned into the main contender for the top occupation that was finished a week ago.

Alongside Ganguly, Union Home Minister Amit Shah's child Jay Shah was made the secretary. Kerala's Jayesh George was named as BCCI Joint Secretary, while Mahim Verma of Uttarakhand turned into the new VP.

Previous BCCI President Anurag Thakur's more youthful sibling Arun Dhumal turned into the treasurer.

The arrangement of the new BCCI group finishes the 33-month rule of the Supreme Court-designated Committee of Administrators (CoA) who were entrusted for running the organization of world's most extravagant cricket body.

Ganguly's arrangement will, in any case, be a short one as he should go in for a chilling period from September 2020, under the new guidelines.

The 47-year-old has just expressed that dealing with top of the line cricketers and setting the house all together will be among his top needs during the following couple of months he will fill in as the BCCI boss.
