Sharjah Safari announces opening date, ticket prices, timings

In Ari’s opinion, home buyers must remain vigilant while looking for their plots. “We have developed such features as Data Guru, which provides and analyzes the data on properties for better decisions and easier searches for home seekers, giving seamless answers to all their queries,” he said. “We also have Super Agent, agents who have the most current and updated property listings in the market.”

Jeff also mentioned that it is essential to pay attention to the poorly quality pictures and the too general details. “Scammers make use of the property image by borrowing or using stock pictures,” he said. “Most of the time, such listings would have hyper-detailed descriptions. Listings that are poorly written with vague descriptions are mostly fraudulent as they try to cover up the reality of the property being advertised or of its availability. Also, real properties with barely reasonable price reductions are most likely scam properties trying to catch off guard recently arrived buyers.”

He also urged renters and buyers to “always interact with verified real estate agents” bearing broker ID and registered in recognized agencies and report any suspicious ads on the platform or official institutions.

Hana Saif Al Suwaidi, Chairperson of the Board of the Environment and Protected Areas Administration (EPAA) of Sharjah, as prominent member of the authority concerned with bringing harmony between human activity and nature, stressed that the scheme falls in line with the aspiration of Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, a member of the Supreme Council and ruler of Sharjah when it comes to giving priority to protecting the environment and wildlife.

She stated, “The look in people's, and especially kids` eyes when they come to this place and see up-close animals that are placed in settings which are very close to their natural habitats and how they can relate to the significance of taking care of such places inspires us to always seek improvement in our such programs and activities. Come this season, we are excited to host more visitors who we believe shall have unique experiences with new features and activities we add. We have carried out comprehensive logistical arrangements and preparations in order to provide the highest level of comfort and satisfaction for all visitors, irrespective of the many attractions on the safari.”

12 distinct environments

Hailing themselves as the biggest safari park present outside Africa, Sharjah Safari stretches across 8 square kilometers and incorporates 12 villages inspired by various parts of Africa. They are all housed under specific themed areas, that is to say, To Africa, The Coast, Savanna, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Moremi, Niger Valley, Kalahari which all represent the geography and ecology of the continent. The safari is located in the Al Bardi Reserve in Al Dhaid and houses more than 50,000 animals from 120 species and over.

Safari timings

Sharjah Safari is accessible to the public from 8.30 am until 6.00 pm and has Gold, Silver, and Bronze ticket options. Each type of ticket allows different levels of entertainment services to the visitors, therefore urging each one of them to choose a package that suits them best.

Changes to attendance hours of the park may occur in relation to specific events and bad weather interruption.

What is included: Everything in silver and a personal guide, stop and walking safari in Serengeti.
 

The last safari tour for gold and silver ticket holders departs at 2.00pm.
