Dubai RTA announces temporary bus route changes for UAE National Day
The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has made a notice of a temporary reversal of some bus routes between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, effective from November 29 to December 3.
The authority has also noted that the E100 route will be re-routed from al Ghubaiba Bus Station to Ibn battuta bus Station on its way to Abu Dhabi.
The E102 route will operate between Ibn Battuta Bus Station and Mussafah Shabiya Bus Station in Abu Dhabi.
There is a great traveling rush anticipated as residents will have a long weekend, hence commuters could also opt for a taxi for Abu Dhabi.
A few weeks ago the RTA has started a new service of taxi sharing between Dubai and Abu Dhabi which will help the passengers to save up to 75% of the traveling costs.
Last week, RTA had already noted that there are three new bus rises in Dubai starting Friday November 29th. Among the three new routes there is route 108 which connects Satwa Bus station to Global Village.
The 108 bus service will operate on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and special occasions. There is an option of 2pm to 1 am the next day service hours with 11 trips each every hour on the hour.
The F63 route and J05 route are the last two new routes.
