Weather: Winter in UAE to officially start tomorrow
The lowest temperature recorded today morning was 4.8 °C in Jais Mountain.
The weather in the UAE has been forecast to be fair to partly cloudy at times in some areas over the next few days.
According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), there will be a significant drop in temperature beginning December 22. The minimum temperature will average between 13°C-16°C in the interior, 16°C-20°C along the coast and it will be the coldest in the mountain region, including Jebel Jais, as the mercury drops to single digits between 5°C-8°C.

Sharing today's forecast the NCM said, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy with chance of light rainfall over scattered areas.
The relative humidity is likely to increase during night and early morning over some coastal and internal areas. The NCM has called on motorists to take all precautions and adhere to the traffic regulations due to fog formation and poor visibility.
