Speed limits reduced on UAE roads amid foggy conditions
Motorists have also been urged to monitor weather forecasts.
Abu Dhabi Police on Thursday issued an advisory for the motorists, as thick fog covered many parts of the country on Monday morning, bringing visibility to less than 1,000 metres.
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) issued a fog alert today morning and Abu Dhabi Police urged motorists to drive carefully and temporarily adjusted the speed limit to 80kmph.
